Hello

Ash Lewis is an independent author who was raised on the city streets of Australia's capital, and their artistic capital too. If you're thinking of Sydney I'm sorry to say you're either looking too far east or too far north. Growing up in the outskirts of Melbourne gave Ash a unique introduction to the publishing world as many of Australia's renowned artists and authors work in and around the Victorian city due to the sheer number of publishing houses. Though her family moved to Canberra while she was still studying, she found her place with the support of already published independent authors. It was in this environment that Ash continued to write and finesse her skills.

Ash is currently writing her second novel, the upcoming sequel to her debut book, while travelling around the Australian Outback with her two amazing partners, their four incredible children and their menagerie of cats and dogs too. Between the seven people and six pets it's a wonder that she manages to find the time to write, but then again a calling is a calling regardless of distractions, and to this literature loving family, that's what writing is.
